Wag & Walk is our guided pack walk series in local parks across Clay County. Each walk takes place in a different location on a rotating schedule, so your dog gets to experience new environments, new smells, and new friends. These walks are about an hour long and are a wonderful way to socialize your dog in a structured, on-leash setting. They are also great for folks with limited mobility — the pace is easy, the terrain is gentle, and the focus is on enjoyment, not exertion.
Rotating locations
Each walk is in a different park, so you and your dog get to explore new places every time. Check the schedule before each walk to find out where we are meeting.
Great for limited mobility
The pace is relaxed, the terrain is flat and accessible, and the distance is manageable. If walking long distances is difficult for you, Wag & Walk is a perfect fit — you and your dog can participate fully.
Socialization without pressure
Dogs walk together as a group but do not have to interact with each other if they do not want to. The structure of the pack walk lets dogs practice being calm and comfortable around other dogs without the pressure of direct contact.
