Paws & Explore is our guided hike series for dogs and their families who want to venture a little further. Each hike takes place on a rotating schedule at different locations, with varying terrain that ranges from wooded trails to open paths. Hikes last about two hours on average, giving your dog plenty of time to sniff, explore, and take in the sights and sounds of nature. These hikes are on leash, and they are a fantastic way to build your dog’s confidence in new environments.
Rotating locations & terrain
Each hike is in a different area with varying terrain, so every adventure feels fresh. Some hikes are on wooded trails, others on open paths. Check the schedule before each hike for location and terrain details.
On-leash exploration
All hikes are on leash, keeping every dog and every person safe. The group moves together, but dogs do not need to interact with each other — they can enjoy the hike at their own pace alongside the group.
